Describe your worst technological failure.
If you failed, then you're not doing it right. When things word, awesome. When things aren't working, hmm - troubleshoot it and find out why and then fix or return it? Back to win. 2 years ago, a 2 year old computer I built had a few components that died, This actually made me think "win" because I had an excuse to build another. There have been items I've bought that I'm less than enthused with, but it happens.
One would be "rhapsody" based MP3 players, their software sucks ass. It has a "content protection" component that decided it would no longer allow me to reformat or access music on the player. I managed to reformat it and set it to "plays for sure" so it will work with windows media player and others, but seeing as it was packaged to work with that piece of crap software, it annoyed me. It's not my failure, I put the blame on the software.
