You really looking for tips?&#160; seriously?</p><p>Okay, here&#39;s showing I have some sympathy for the devil.</p><p>- naming conventions, they are your friend.&#160; Practical, not esoteric.<br />- file folders, those help.<br />- never clean your &quot;sent&quot; box of email and create extra folders in outlook for recurring themes and usual suspects.<br />- familiarize yourself with search methods for every system you use.&#160; Search for the same things in several different ways in your spare time.&#160; In no time you&#39;ll be quick like a bunny!<br />- notebook, page open to blank page with some sort of &#39;date&#39; reference.&#160; One pen on the ready and several in the wings.</p><p>- Uh. Hmm.
