What was your random act of kindness today?

I didn't really go out of my way to do much today. I was just trying to survive Monday.
Friday left work in a bit of a twist. Hail rained from the sky. My sister's dog seems to be fading before our eyes. I'd say our dog, but the dog is attached and loves my sister. She's 15 years old. A very sweet and lovable Sheltie. All of the local vets and animal hospitals she called turned her away. Sucky day.
