Recurring help desk email

Hi,

I can't sign in.  It says it doesn't recognize my username/password.

Facts:  There are two different types of accounts. and about 8+ fields to search for them with.  Some accounts were carried over from an old system and need more info to find.

Is this the email you used to sign in with?
Which site did you sign up under?
Did you have an account previous to this with?
What is your full name?
Did you receive an email from us with an activation link and if so, did you click it?

I sent too many of these out every day.  Maybe if I spread word of these questions, someone out there will heed the message and send us poor help people some more information! :)  The more information you provide, the faster you help us resolve it for you.
