What's your favorite gardening tip for spring?
Go buy some garden plants and stuff. Try not to kill 'em.
Who is the hottest person in Hollywood right now?
Holy crap, this question just make me vomit a little.
What's the one thing you're most neurotic about?
"Work" I think. I want to do as good as I possibly can and I put too much stress on myself. I've gotten better even though the job just keeps getting tougher. Less people, more work, key people who need to fill key roles non-existant and sometimes I feel like myself and others I work with are being stretched to fill and maintain what we do. Sometimes I feel a little frazzled and stressed and feeling rather weird.
What one common food item do you refuse to eat?
Limburger cheese? That's not common. Hmm. Maybe lima beans. Nope? Huh.
It's been a year since the launch of Justin.TV -- a site featuring "lifecasters" -- people who broadcast their lives on the internet via live video 24/7. What's your take on the "lifecasting" phenomenon? Do you find it engaging to tune into other people's lives on the web?
I don't think I could ever watch anyone broadcast their lives (reading's fine, thanks). I wouldn't want a camera honed on me any longer than it needs to be, I enjoy my privacy. I like living certain moments in secrecy to others, if I didn't - there wouldn't be much to talk about. I take pride in the fact that other people's life isn't any of my business. I'm not against it, but I wouldn't ever support it.
Why do you think it is some people don't get along with you?
Funny how 'once upon a time', this mattered. That statement in itself is a reason... I don't need everyone to like me and I expect some people won't. That's just too bad. *shrug*
I'm not quite the person people think I might be. That's like "judging a person by looks". I'm not that easily examined.
I speak up when others least expect it. When cut in lines, when plans seem flawless, when other people might exercise restraint... But I'm trying to cut back! ;)
Thing is, usually when someone doesn't like me for some reasons, others like me for the very same reason.
What's the most valuable thing you've ever had stolen?
I had a camera someone stole from me when I was high school and it pissed me off greatly. Then a year or so later, someone stole a BMX I had asked for xmas when I was younger. Of all the bikes I've had, that was my favorite.
It disgusts me that there are people out there who can't wait until someone's momentarily preoccupied. My parents always worked themselves out of debt when they bought me the gifts they did, so I think that's what made it hurt more. No sob story nor comforting bullshit words ever took away the sting of having something taken. These days, I try to keep a better hand on my things.
I've perfected another recipe. I'll just call it "the pom bomb".
What quality in your best friend are you most envious of and why?
I don't really envy anything. When I found myself envying a friend for a quality, I looked to adopt that quality by learning from them (if I could). I never really envied my friends for anything because we always shared what we had (games, printers, transportation, meals, ect.) If they do well and have awesome "stuff", I'm genuinely pleased for them. I don't know ... Envy bothers me.
Do you have a particular "catch phrase" for which you are known?
Submitted by Emu with a Clue.
I don't know, do I? I'm so tired it took me a while to figure out "catch phrase". I don't really rehearse or remember things I say "all the time". I say "nice", "whatever", "okay" a lot, but those are more words that catchphrases. It's how I communicate that people remember me by. It's all about delivery.
