Tuesday comes with better weather
They say it'll be the warmest day yet. Woohoo. Although, today was -perfect-. The sun was playing peek-a-boo with the clouds, there was a breeze, and it was perfectly cool. Not warm or hot. I enjoyed it all while watching my nephew play baseball. His team won by almost 20 points. It was brutal.
I was happy I got to enjoy it. Happy that what happened this weekend is mostly past me.
There were still things that made this day a bit bitter... A bit sad. These things are really easy to dwell upon and since there is absolutely nothing I can do about them, I'll just put them to rest with the best of thoughts and intentions that I've pondered and move on.
