The Sarah Connor Chronicals

You know what?  I kind of feared this, but instead I liked it.  It has potential.  Mind you, you may have to check the brain at the door for some of the story but seeing all the other original content on tv.  It's absolutely forgivable.

I wouldn't really mind subbing this show in for Terminator 3 and probably Terminator 4.  I wouldn't mind forgetting they ever happened or will happen.  Though, T4 might not be bad.  I don't know.

Still, This is a new show.  It might hold my interest for a few shows and I might forget about it.  Doubtful though.  Summer Glau is awesome.

I watched it with minimal hopes, just for the eye candy. But I agree with you, it has potential. Let's hope it lives up to it.

Is there a scene in the first five minutes where it shows her dying her hair?

No. There isn't. She can't do what Linda Hamilton did. I kind of blame the writing for that. There's a little blame for casting and the actor too, but I don't hate it for that. It's a little funny (okay, it's not) that the kid looks a hell of a lot more like the original John Connor than the mom looks like the original mom.

I noticed in the ads that the kid looks much more like future John Connor than Edward Furlong.

I thought he looked a little like Edward. It's been a while since I've seen T2 though..
