QotD: The Best Brew

What method do you use to prepare your coffee or tea?

I'm a coffee drinker in the day.  I grind my beans to almost a fine powder and then I dump it in a French Press.  I also have a drip brew machine, but no filters.  I prefer French press though!

Before I go to bed, I have some Rooibos tea a friend sent me.  It's supposed to have a lot of beneficial properties and I believe some of them.  The Numi Chai rooibos has an awesome aroma, as does the other variety.  It has helped calm me a little before I turn in and I have spent less nights tossing and turning and giving up on sleep.  We wonder if it's some sort of psychosomatic effect, but I'd like to believe I'm not susceptible to that type of hype... When it comes to getting sleep though, I suppose if it is, I don't mind buying into it.  These are teabags, so with these I just nuke some water until it boils in a mug, then drop the bag in.  I have the cup between my hands and the keyboard so I can smell it as it brews.  :D  I'm buying into aromatherapy now too, great! :D
