Not so much a burst of laughter due to amusement...
But more one due to a few WTF moments: I am the first escalation when our help desk is stumped on one of the many, many issues that we receive. I found myself just completely stupefied when our help desk escalated a piece of spam, adding a note from them "please take care of this issue". I believe I was close to having a stroke when they escalated a second issue with the same note asking me to respond to a personal letter that was accidentally forwarded to us...
Can tomorrow be Friday?
